I've finally gotten my site up and running, so I will not be updating this blog anymore.

Gotten back to work after the holidays now and I'm closing in on finishing this one pretty soon. I've changed up her hair, painted the skin texture and finished the remaining boot and tweaked the lighting a little more.

Aside from some small changes I think I just need to get the base and background sorted out and then I'm ready to move on to final renders!

I've decided to invest some time into reworking my warrior woman character, as her previous version wasn't working out that well. I've dropped the whole 'charred skin and lava veins' looks for something more natural, changing her entire color scheme to match, as well as the lighting.

I'm feeling better about this, hopefully it is actually going in the right direction. I have yet to work on her boots, her current skin texture is mostly just a base, and her hair needs work still as well.

Here's my latest reel with some changes, most notably to the sections of Warrior Woman, the Bugman and the credits.
